By submitting payment for module rental, the Brand Partner and its staff agree to the following terms and conditions:

I. Package Inclusions: 1 Layer per package only 
Center Racks (5 Layers) / Wall Module (Up to 4 Layers)
A. Start up Partner: Php 1,500/month (Regular fee: 2500)
✓Duration: Minimum of 6 months
✓Display: 3rd/4th/5th layer display in physical store
✓Up to 15 (barcodes) products
✓Service Charge: 10% per Sales
❌ Not included in website store

B. Growth Partner: Php7,500/6 months (Regular:15,000)
✓Duration: 5 months + 1mo FREE
✓Display: 2nd/3rd Layer display in the physical store
✓Up to 30 (barcodes) products
✓Service Charge: 10% per Sales
❌Not included in website store

C. VIP Partner: Php 15,000/12 months (Regular:30,000)
✓Duration: 10 months+2mo FREE
✓Display: 1st/2nd/3rd Layer display in the store
✓Up to 60 (barcodes) products
✓Service Charge: 10% per Sales
✓Online Store Channel: Included

II. Operating Hours
The store operates from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Hours may be extended as needed to accommodate more shoppers.

III. Stock Management
Brand Partners must maintain sufficient stock in their modules.

    • Restocking Threshold:
      Carmina Fashion Store will notify Brand Partners when stock levels fall below 10%. It is the Brand Partner's responsibility to replenish stocks promptly.

    • In cases of no stock or delayed restocking, the Store reserves the right to temporarily fill the space with other items to maintain store aesthetics and fairness to shoppers.

IV. Merchandise Sold
All merchandise must be pre-approved by Carmina Fashion Store. Offensive or inappropriate items, including pirated products, are not allowed.

The Store is not responsible for identifying counterfeit items and is not liable for trademark infringements. Brand Partners are expected to ensure their products comply with legal standards.


V. Promotional Activities
All Brand Partners are required to participate in store promotions. Details, including discount rates and promotional setups, will be communicated in advance. Participation is mandatory and aligned with store policies.

VI. Payment Terms
A. Payment Schedule: Brand Partners must pay the full amount of their package.

B. In case, the contract lapse, and if the Brand Partner fails to make payment for two (2) consecutive months of rental, the Carmina Fashion Store reserves the right to terminate the contract. In this case, any remaining products in the module will be considered property of the store, and the Brand Partner will forfeit any claims to these products.

VII. Sales and Payouts:
Service Fees:

    • Physical Store: 10% Gross Sales
    • Online Store: ranges 10% (depends on package availed)

Additional Php100 per product listing (additional code);

Service charge will be deducted upon declaration of cut-off gross sales

Request of Payouts for sales income will follow a separate schedule, such as every 

A. Request from 1st-15th of the month sales - to be sent for a maximum of 10 days process (25th), and 
B. Request from 16th- 30th of the month sales - to be sent for a maximum of 10 days (10th) of the next month.

VIII. Liability for Losses and damages
Carmina Fashion Store is not responsible for any damage to merchandise upon arrival. However, once the merchandise is displayed within the store, Carmina Fashion Store will assume responsibility for securing insurance to cover potential losses due to theft, fire, vandalism, or other incidents within the store’s control. 
This coverage does not extend to losses caused by natural disasters, such as floods, earthquakes, or fires originating from neighboring properties or external factors.


IX. Module Sharing and Change
Module sharing is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized sharing will result in a penalty of P3,000 and potential expulsion. Changes to module location or configuration will incur a P500 fee, subject to approval.

X. Registration and Reservation
Reservations require a P500 non-refundable fee, deductible from the package. Full payment must be completed within three (3) days of submission.

XI. Cancellation and Withdrawal
Cancellation of participation does not release the Brand Partner from the obligation to pay the full rental amount. There is a no-refund policy upon signing up. 

Changes in booking or reductions in space are considered cancellations and will follow the same policies.

XII. Government Fees and Taxes
As we are giving 100% of the sales. Brand Partners are responsible for complying with all government tax requirements.

Brand Circle Agreement
All Brand Partners must honor promotions and coupons agreed upon. Failure to comply will result in penalties and possible blacklisting.
